Excellent prompt service

Brendan was excellent from when we contacted him to book to his service on the day. His car was truly amazing. Brendan was punctual, calm and a true gentleman. I would recommend him and this car or he has a selection of other cars that also look amazing but this car suited us the best because it had so much room in the back and it looked amazing outside the Broome Park Hotel in Canterbury. We would do it all again in a heartbeat

Thank you to our driver for getting both the bride and groom to the venue and going out of your way to ensure we got lovely photos after the ceremony. Our driver went above and beyond on our day and ensured we got to the ceremony on time (despite really bad traffic) and cared about our journey as if it was his own.

Despite a short notice booking, Brendan and his Austin Princes helped make the day memorable. The car was perfect and Brendan couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating. Would/will be recommending Kent and Costal in the future.

I cannot praise this company enough! Dave was the perfect driver looked superb and the car was just wonderful! They were here in plenty of time for photos and were patient and made you feel really relaxed! I would definitely give them 10 stars! Highly recommend them we had two cars and they were both brilliant and made our day special.

I cannot recommend Brendan highly enough. We hired the Austin Princess Limousine for my daughter's wedding in Whitstable on 1st July and he was a delight to work with. He didn't bat an eyelid at our various changes of plan along the way and went out of his way to make the car journeys fun and memorable - tooting as people waved along the way. Brendan was helpful from the start, agreeing to travel out of his area to take our booking. He then also agreed to do 2 trips to the church when we realised we had too many people to fit in the car. He was polite and friendly and it was great to travel in style.

Having this car was an amazing experience. The driver turned up early and waited for us to get ready. Then we was a little bit early to the venue we parked nearby for a few minutes. The driver then stayed slightly later than expected as we hit a bit of traffic, for us to get some photos with the car. Booked brendans austin princess for a family day out to Sissinghurst Castle....what fun we had being met by such a beautiful car. Great stress free day thanks to brendan.and a great ride Home to boot. Produced a great photo book to remember.

Brendan was brilliant right from the start with quick responses to all messages, showing up on time with extra ribbon for the other wedding car, helping us pop the ribbon on the other car and manoeuvring round some very tight spots in the church seamlessly! His driving was perfect too. I would highly recommend!

Brendan was very easy to deal with right from the start and the Daimler is absolutely beautiful. The car is in super condition. On the day we had Jamie as our chauffeur. Jamie was very professional, calm and helpful. He was really kind to all of us particularly my Mum who has mobility issues. We couldn't recommend Brendan's team highly enough.

Dave was our chauffeur, he arrived early but didn't make us feel rushed at all, we had plenty of time to take photos before we left . The car was beautiful and made our day extra special, it was clean and decorated with ribbon and flowers . After the service we weren't rushed for the return journey , and managed to get some lovely photos . Thoroughly recommend

I am so pleased I hired this car with Brendan who was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble- it was a surprise for my husband and also for my bridesmaids, and Brendan ensured the surprise was kept and he made everyone feel so special. Highly recommend and will hire in the future.

The driver was on time & happy to wait, she was polite and helpful with getting into the car etc. The journey to the venue was comfortable, the driver was patient & happy to stay for photos after the service. The only downside was the drivers presentation, I don’t feel the driver was dressed appropriately for a wedding. Whilst I wasn’t expecting top hat & tails, smart casual would have been preferable. That being said the driver was very polite, friendly it’s just a shame about the presentation.

Brendan and the whole service was incredible! From confirming the details in advance. Always being at the end of the phone if we needed them. The actual car was beautiful, Brendan was so lovely and made us feel even more special on our wedding day! I could not recommend them more!!

Brendan arrived early so photos of the girls and the car could be taken by everyone. He was very professional and friendly and the car was spotless and amazing to see, the girls thoroughly enjoyed there ride to prom and I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.
